Renowned gospel singer Otis Clay takes a moment to meet with Desplaines

Fest held Feb. 26 in celebration of Black History Month. Held at the
nearby First Baptist Church of Oak Park. The event also featured a huge
chicken dinner, emceeing by the Chicago area’s favorite gospel sister Pam
Morris a half dozen other energizing acts.
